Baked Plaice

How to bake plaice in your Halogen oven.

Ingredients:

  • Plaice Fillet
  • Garlic Powder
  • Lemon Juice
  • Black Pepper
  • Parsley

Method:

Brush side of Plaice with lemon juice and sprinkle very lightly with garlic powder and freshly ground black pepper.

Sprinkle over some parsley. Turn over and repeat on other side.

Place fish on foil and close up. Put on higher rack in oven and bake at 200°C / 400°F for 12 to 15 minutes, until fish is done.

Good served with boiled potatoes and peas
