You will need:
- ½ lb of mushrooms. Wash and dry the mushrooms
- 1 tablespoon of chopped herbs (any herbs that you like)
- 3 to 4 gloves of garlic, finely chopped
- 75 g of butter. Melt the butter slightly
- Salt and pepper to taste
Put all the ingredients in a bowl and mix them well.
Next place them on your HO tray or any oven dish and cook on high rack.
Temp 450°F / 230°C for about 10 to 12 minutes – turning them over half way
