Poached Egg

This is my recipe for poaching eggs in the Halogen Oven.

Method:

I put boiling water into a casserole (a cake tin will do the job too) and placed it on the low rack.
Set the temp to 200°c. When temp was reached I put the high rack on top.
I added the egg to my metal poacher and placed it on the top rack and 4 mins later it was done.

I kept my beady eye on the whole process expecting to have to eat a hard egg but was really pleased with the outcome.
