Ham with Cinnamon and Honey

2 lbs ham

2 to 3 pints cold water.

Do not preheat the Halogen oven

Season ham with cinnamon, honey and a little salt.

Place ham in water on lower rack.

Cook at 200°C for 15 minutes. Turned over.

Cook at 160°C for 30 minutes (test ham half way).

Shrinkage after cooking – 8 ozs.

A lovely flavour, crusty outside but moist inside.
