Liver and Onions
Liver and Onions
This is for pigs liver but I suppose any liver will do.
Ingredients:
- 3/4 lb pigs liver
- 1 onion chopped
- 3/4 pint of beef stock
- flour for coating
- a little oil
Method:
First I coated the liver in flour and fried it with the onions in a little oil.
Then I added the beef stock and cooked for 3 minutes.
Next I transferred it to a Pyrex dish and placed on top rack @ 200°C for 20 minutes.
Every 5 minutes I turned the liver so it did not burn.
