Hi All,
I baked some bread today in the Halogen and I must say it’s fantastic. I baked two loaves a Ciabatta and a Parmesan & sundried Tomato.
I must admit that they were mixes but they turned out great.I baked them open (no tins).
Important:You will need the Halogen Oven extension ring on.
Method:
Mixed the dough as stated on packet, place on greased baking tray.
Cover and leave in a warm place.
When double in size, preheat Halogen oven on highest setting for 5 min.
Place dough in oven on 180-200°C for 30 min.
5 min before baked turn over to thoroughly cook underneath.
To test if bread is baked tap bottom of loaf it should sound hollow.
