Omelette

 

Omelette Halogen Style

This recipe is for a basic omelette.

Ingredients:

  • 2 eggs
  • 30 ml milk
  • Salt & pepper.

Method:

In a small bowl whisk, eggs, milk, salt & pepper.
Put a greased dish in oven. I used a round shallow non stick baking tin. Heat oven, when light goes out pour in egg mixture, stir after a few mins, then leave till top surface is set.
Flip over and cook till base is done.

Remove from pan then fold over omelette style.
Oven temperature 240°c  – cook on low rack
