Roasted Brussel Sprouts

If you don’t like brussel sprouts you should try this recipe for caramelized juicy sprouts

Ingredients:

  • 1 bag (14-oz) frozen baby brussel sprouts
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • ¾ teaspoons salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder (more or less according to taste)

Method:

Put sprouts on frying tray and toss with remaining ingredients.
Roast on high rack at 450 ºF for 15 – 20 minutes, or until done, turning occasionally.
