Turkey Burgers

 

Turkey Burgers in Halogen Oven

Ingredients:

  • 1 x Pack of Turkey Breast Mince (You can use ordinary turkey mince if you want)
  • 1 x Egg (You can use all or just yoke)
  • 1 x Chilli
  • 1 x Shallot
  • 1 x Lemon
  • 1 x Dash Soy Sauce
  • 1 x Dash of Worcestershire Sauce
  • Salt and Pepper

Method:

Mix all ingredients together and add in the zest of one lemon and the juice of 1/2 lemon (would suggest at the start to maybe only use 1/4 lemon juice until you get the flavour you want.

Make your burgers and cook at 200°C for around 10 minutes turning once.

A delicious fresh tasting healthy burger but don’t forget to experiment with the ingredients to get your own favourite.
