Roast Turkey Leg

Heated my Halogen oven for 6 mins at 190°C

While waiting, I rubbed Vegetable oil all over a large Turkey Leg.

When oven was ready, I put Turkey leg on to bottom wire tray, and set timer for 1 hr.

When this pinged, I then turned the leg over, and set timer for another 20 mins.

When cooking was finished, this big leg was cooked to perfection, with crispy outer skin, and succulent flesh underneath.
