Yorkshire Pudding

Hi all, I have just tried Yorkshire pudding in my Halogen Oven.

Ingredients:

  • 2 heaped tablespoon of plain flour
  • 1 egg
  • pinch of salt
  • a little milk
  • fat / beef dripping or sunflower oil

Method:

I used the lid of a small casserole dish.

I mixed 2 heaped tablespoon of plain flour, 1 egg, pinch salt and a little milk.

Heated the fat @ 200°C

When fat was hot, poured mix into fat and cooked for 20 mins @ 200°C

Rose well and I am quite pleased with result.
